LL4S Life-Long Learning for Seniors

Welcome to LL4S

LL4S reads out Life-long Learning for Senior Citizens.
It focuses on services with an aim to improve quality of life for seniors.
It is a learning experience for staff and targets people working with seniors and/or learning processes in local authorities and non-governmental organizations. The processes within the project will be run in full-scale tests to the benefit of seniors. Methods will be evaluated in order to make services transferable between places, with new evaluations of adapted versions in a different environment.

French Campaign Jobs for Seniors

Continue

Thinking on Music and Seniors

The other day I found in Youtube a video that gave me the idea why we cannot use the "universal magic" of music to bring together our seniors singing a song. I know there are plenty of examples if you Google for music and seniors, but this video shows a way that we could do it in an easy way. A common project to socialize using the power of web 2.0 tools. Enjoy the music and change the names of the cities for your city name and you will get the pciture.

Europe Senior Tourism

Two questions today in this post:

What if the activities we plan to develop are connected somehow with a new kind of European Senior Tourism where we can offer "Learning by doing" experiences based in our activities or maybe we have to do some fine tune in the activities, but cooperation with Travel Agencies, Tourism Offices, etc, etc. is not such a bad idea. The potential clients are already there. Expanding Libraries into another concept.… Continue
